Founder Story

From the job site to the boardroom.

The founder of Extreme Homeworks Consulting began more than 28 years ago where every real builder does — in the field. Through construction, remodeling, restoration, and full-scale development, he learned the trade the only way that sticks: by building it, fixing it, and being accountable for it.

Over those decades the work grew from hands-on craft into the management of complex projects — coordinating crews, vendors, budgets, and schedules, and stepping into troubled jobs to bring them back to the finish line. That field-tested judgment is what owners now hire, not a crew.

Today, that experience is offered as counsel. Extreme Homeworks Consulting takes the perspective of someone who has stood on the framing, signed the change order, and answered for the budget — and puts it to work protecting the owner's interests instead.
